The beach and town center are just a 3-minute walk away, and the north beach can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Each apartment has access to a shared parking space at the house. Washing machine and dryer are available for communal use. Events are not permitted on the property. A tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot. As a special extra, you receive up to 3 hours of free daily entry to the Erlebniswelt Sellin with heated outdoor pool. Please note there is no swimming pool directly on the property. The tourist tax depends on the season and is charged separately.
